Club Forms and Procedures

Before a club can collect or spend any of its funds, the club must be current, a budget must be submitted and approved, and there must be a signed copy of acknowledgement for the accounting handbook on file with the site controller, Maria Allison . No purchases may be made without prior approval through an ASB meeting and the advisor receiving an approved copy of the purchase request.

All club expenditures must be approved by students in a meeting with recorded meeting minutes.
