Clubs may request to use campus facilities through their advisor.  Advisors should use the Google Form link to the right, to request facilities.  Advisor email address will be recorded with the submission and requests that are not submitted by the advisor will be deleted. Requests will be reviewed for conflicts and approved if available. Requests should be submitted at least two weeks in advance.
